About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic, confident and reliable Brand Ambassadors to join our growing event team.

• As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent our clients at community events, festivals, concerts, retail locations and promotional activations across the UK.

• You'll be responsible for engaging with visitors, introducing products and services, explaining promotional offers and helping participants complete campaign activities.

• This is a customer-facing role suited to people who enjoy meeting others, communicating clearly and working in a lively event environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally and positively at assigned events.

• Approach and engage event attendees in a friendly, confident and respectful manner.

• Communicate product information, campaign offers and promotional mechanics accurately.

• Assist interested participants with app downloads, registrations or other campaign activities, where applicable.

• Encourage participation and support campaign objectives.

• Distribute approved promotional materials, samples or incentives according to campaign guidelines.

• Help with basic event setup, preparation and pack-down.

• Maintain an organised, welcoming and presentable activation area.

• Record participation and campaign results using approved reporting tools.

• Follow brand guidelines, event procedures, health and safety requirements and data protection protocols.

• Report customer feedback, frequently asked questions and operational issues to the Event Team Leader.

• Comfortable working in busy public environments.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Available for occasional weekend and evening assignments.

• Eligible to work in the UK.

Desirable

• Previous experience in brand promotions, events, retail, hospitality or customer service.

• Experience supporting community events or marketing activations.

• Familiarity with mobile applications and assisting customers with digital registration.

• Ability to communicate in additional languages.

• Previous Brand Ambassador experience is welcome but not essential. Campaign training and briefing will be provided before assignments.
